LTD Construction Inc., has built many types of projects, of every type of material and design.

Our projects have included schools, motels, offices, retail, hospitals and multi- family buildings. LTD has done multi story buildings, the highest being 14 stories. LTD Construction, inc., has worked all over the state of Michigan and in Virginia, Kansas, Florida, and North Carolina.

With this wide variety of experience, our crew and subcontractors have the expertise to build any type of building that our customer requires, and that an architect can draw. In addition, we, at LTD, like to stretch our abilities, and we appreciate new challenges.

LTD Construction Inc., follows all OSHA guidelines, and our employees are continually trained in OSHA approved classes, in order to stay on top of safety issues.

At the beginning of each project we will make a detailed schedule, that is tight, with the clients soonest possible use of their building in mind. We always meet, or beat, our schedule.
